Most importantly, perhaps, is the ever popular fresh ground espresso coffee. Hot chocolate and tea, 'shakes and a range of soft drinks and fresh orange juice complete the beverage range. Other products include hot dogs and soft-serve ice-cream.

Initial Training

DONUT MAGICconsiders training to be of paramount importance. As a new DONUT MAGICFranchisee you will receive comprehensive and ongoing training, which is fundamental to the success of your business.

The initial course is a competency-based programme conducted at an Approved Training Store. You will also be supported through your store opening and into the first week. We will help you settle into your store and ensure that the skills acquired in training are successfully put into practice.

Quality Products

DONUT MAGICrecommends only premium products from nominated national suppliers and introductions will be arranged for you.

Corporate Library

As you make your way as a new Franchisee, you will learn that every facet of your business is outlined and explained in our range of DONUT MAGICmanuals - everything from training, operations, technical matters, customer service, marketing and accounting is addressed in this invaluable corporate library.

Marketing

As you 'grow' your DONUT MAGICfranchise, you will discover the additional profit opportunities which await in the annual Calendar of Promotions organised from the National Office.

These programmes will brighten your store on a regular basis, with point of sale support. You will also have the opportunity to hone your own marketing skills through a unique Franchisee support system known as Local Area Marketing Programme or "L.A.M.P.".

A step-by-step promotional manual comes with a comprehensive promotional 'library' which contains high-quality graphics, point-of-sale material and other promotional tools which can easily be adapted to your needs

SHOPFIT/EQUIPMENT COST = £150,000 approx + depending on store size

TRAINING FEE = £6,000
(5 weeks training, for 1 person)

WORKING CAPITAL = £10,000
(This covers initial stock, insurance, rental bond and other ancillary costs)

LEGAL FEES
