We are looking for a number of franchisees to run their own nursing and care agency business. We offer a well-researched and targeted franchise territory and as well as helping you develop and establish your own clients, we will also be working on your behalf from our head office base. We are currently tendering for council contracts and are listed as a preferred provider with the NHS and buying solutions.

Using our expertise and know-how, franchisees will be trained in how to build and maintain a business in two complimentary areas of healthcare recruitment and homecare services even though you do not need a background in care for this franchise.

The Franchise Package

Training.
You will receive in-depth initial training covering all aspects of the business. Our in-house team will be on hand to answer all your questions and to help you through the initial 5-day course. We will provide you with accommodation and food for the duration of your stay. The training will be of modular design and will be supported by a comprehensive training manual.

Marketing
As well as providing you with leads and existing business where available, we will also supply you with an extensive media package that will include promotional material, brochures, business cards, access to computer software and personal mentoring by one of our marketing team.

Set-Up
We will help and advise on the set-up of your office base and provide you with your laptop computer, system software and administrative material.

Business Planning
It is important to manage expectation and to set our plans in motion.
